Development Economics Student Association (HIMASEPA)
The organizational structure of the Student Association is designed hierarchically and functionally to ensure effective coordination and the implementation of work programs. The President holds a strategic role as the highest decision-maker, supported by the Secretary General in coordinating administrative functions and internal organizational communication. The secretariat function is strengthened by Secretary I and Secretary II, assisted by secretarial staff, while financial management is carried out by Treasurer I and Treasurer II in an accountable and transparent manner.
At the operational level, the organization is divided into three main divisions: the Student Advocacy and Welfare Division, which oversees the Advocacy and Student Affairs sub-divisions; the Student Development Division, which includes Sports and Arts as well as Research and Development sub-divisions; and the Relations and Networking Division, which covers External Affairs, Media, Communication and Information, as well as Business and Partnerships sub-divisions. This organizational structure reflects the association’s commitment to accommodating student aspirations, developing members’ capacities and potential, and sustainably expanding networks and strategic collaborations.
