KEGIATAN MAHASISWA

 

Students of the Study Program are not only focused on academic pursuits but are also actively engaged in various organizational, personal development, social, and achievement-oriented activities. Through these activities, students are expected to enhance their soft skills, leadership, teamwork, and make meaningful contributions to society.

Areas of Student Activities

1. Student Organizations
Students actively participate in both internal and external campus organizations such as Student Associations, Faculty Student Executive Boards, Student Activity Units, and other academic communities.

2. Seminars and Training
Students regularly participate in national seminars, webinars, workshops, leadership training, and digital and professional skill development programs.

3. Community Service
Students are involved in social activities such as community service programs, public education, MSME assistance, and community development initiatives.

4. Student Achievements
Students take part in academic and non-academic competitions at the university, regional, and national levels.

5. Supporting Academic Activities
These include collaborative research between lecturers and students, laboratory/practicum assistants, statistical agents, internships, and other learning support activities.

With the wide range of available activities, students of the Development Economics Study Program at UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta are expected to become outstanding graduates who excel both academically and non-academically, possess strong leadership qualities, demonstrate high competitiveness, and are well-prepared to enter the workforce and contribute meaningfully to society.
